If you want to change something on your order, please contact
us shortly at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org as we can see if we can
help you. In case of changes to orders already sent out, special conditions
apply. open purchase is valid for 14 days, the product must be in new condition
and price tag and product tag must not be removed.
The product is handed out
brother to what you have chosen to have it sent. When you pick up the product
from the nearest delivery point bring your ID with you, you can also pick up
the item with your package number which you get through SMS sent out when your
product arrived at your delivery point.

product's information text. Delivery time is usually 3 - 5 working days from the
order date, see info on the individual product. At the end of the warehouse,
product can be at home with us, Maruth, or at a supplier. Products that must be
ordered usually take 5-14 working days to deliver if longer delivery times
apply, you will be contacted by email or phone. If the products you want to
order different long delivery times and you want goods with short delivery time
first, you should make two separate orders. In case of delay of delivery you
will be notified by e-mail or telephone. We reserve the right for final sale
and any price errors.
Note For larger campaigns and
around holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer than normal. This is
mainly due to high pressure on conveyors and is not unique to our store.
Delay in delivery
Although we do our utmost to
deliver what has been ordered in promised time, there may be delays. If the
delivery is delayed from what has been promised, please contact us immediately
so that we can investigate why the delivery is delayed. If you want to cancel a
delayed item, please contact customer service (email@example.com). Maruth does not
take responsibility for any damage that has occurred as a result of a notified
delivery time being exceeded. We will contact you if the delivery is delayed
and it is important that you receive the goods within a certain time.
